The effect of a catastrophic injury extends far beyond the patient. NeuLife understands the patient’s family and support system are also affected. We believe that families play an integral role in a successful rehabilitation plan. We encourage frequent visits, including overnight stays, and our team works closely with families to develop a customized “hands on” care plan. We leverage technology to communicate with families across the globe. When our patients are ready to transition home, we provide education and training for the family to ensure a seamless transition.
We also understand the financial burdens that patients and families face – that’s why we work closely with private, commercial, Worker’s Compensation and other funds to develop cost-effective solutions. Our pricing is competitive, flexible and inclusive of all evaluations, services, equipment, pharmaceuticals, supplies and more. Our team can provide families with information and resources regarding rehabilitation funding sources and mechanisms as well as community and agency resources.
No matter the distance, we leverage state-of-the-art technology to communicate with families all over the globe. For patients with family within driving distance, we encourage frequent visiting. Our campus has many private gathering rooms where families can visit and spend time with their loved one. For family members who aren’t able to visit, we utilize technology to encourage communication with the patient.
Communication is a priority at NeuLife. We provide designated family members with access to a secure and personalized portal that’s accessible 24/7 via the NeuLife website and houses updated information regarding patient progress, setbacks and care plans. Information on the portal can be easily downloaded, printed and shared with family members and others involved in the patient’s treatment.

Education & Training
When our patients are ready to transition home, we provide education and training for the family to ensure a seamless transition. We recommend day or weekend home passes prior to discharge to bridge the transition from NeuLife to home. Our goal is to prepare family members for the caregiver role and provide ongoing support. After discharge, NeuLife is only a phone call away should there be questions or concerns. In fact, we will call you!
